Hydraulic Hose Specifications
Complete SAE 100R series hydraulic hose data including dimensions, pressure ratings, bend radius, and temperature limits. Reference for proper hose selection.
Safety Factor: Working pressure ratings include a 4:1 safety factor. Burst pressure is typically 4x working pressure. Never exceed working pressure in service. Consider impulse cycles, temperature derating, and assembly efficiency.

Selection Criteria (STAMPED)
- Size - ID must match flow requirements
- Temperature - Both fluid and ambient
- Application - Static vs. dynamic, impulse
- Material - Tube compatible with fluid
- Pressure - Working pressure + surge
- Ends - Fitting style and orientation
- Delivery - Length, bend radius, routing
Recommended Flow Velocities
- Pressure lines: 15-20 ft/s (4.5-6 m/s)
- Return lines: 10-15 ft/s (3-4.5 m/s)
- Suction lines: 4 ft/s max (1.2 m/s)
- Drain lines: 5-8 ft/s (1.5-2.5 m/s)
