Precharge Checking Procedure

  1. Ensure system is depressurized (P = 0)
  2. Connect nitrogen charging kit to gas valve
  3. Open valve slowly and read pressure
  4. Compare to charging pressure: --
  5. Adjust if outside -- range
  6. Close valve and remove charging kit

Always use dry nitrogen (N2). Never use oxygen or air - fire/explosion hazard!
